What if you can’t get my item?

You get a 100% refund by Interac e-Transfer within 24 hours — the full amount back, to the same email you paid from.

When and where is pickup?

Pickup is in Barrie, Ontario, Wednesday to Sunday — the first window is Wed Oct 21 – Sun Oct 25, 2026. Pickup is free, and we confirm your exact pickup details by email once your item is secured.

Do you deliver?

Yes — delivery can be arranged. The listed price covers the product only; the delivery fee is arranged with you at fulfilment, before anything ships.
